This is the first brand that Koichiro Watanabe (4th generation) worked on when he took over the family business in 2002. It is a shochu that has reproduced a traditional flavor that can only be achieved by ladling out minimum oil content. Its characteristics are intense sweetness and aroma. It uses rice koji from Natsu no Emi, a new variety of rice produced in Miyazaki Prefecture.
